机械式立体停车库升降传动轴的设计与分析

         

摘要

Based on the performance of lifting drive shaft in the stereo parking garage, the structural size of shaft is designed by mechanical analysis method, and the dangerous section with intensive force is determined. To evaluate whether the designed shaft meets the strength and stiffness requirements or not, Pro/E software is used to establish mechanical model , and the model is led into the Ansys software for corresponding stress and strain finite element simulation analysis, obtaining more accurate result conforming to the theory. It provides reference for successive axial parts' analysis.%根据立体停车库中升降传动轴的工作情况,应用力学分析方法设计轴的结构尺寸并确定受力集中的危险截面.为了评定所设计的轴是否满足强度和刚度要求,利用Pro/E软件建立力学模型,将模型导入Ansys软件进行应力与应变的有限元仿真分析,得到与理论相符的更加精确的结果,从而为后续轴类零件的分析提供参考.
