基于物联网的电动葫芦能效自动化测试仪

         

摘要

In order to solve the problems of scattered measurement data, low automation degree of operation control, cumbersome arrangement of test acquisition devices and low test ef?ciency in the current energy ef?ciency test of electric hoist, a multi-functional, portable energy ef?ciency tester integrating supply energy acquisition, load height measurement, effective energy calculation, energy ef?ciency value calculation, energy ef?ciency classi?cation and automatic operation control has been developed in this paper. The tester integrates IoT and cloud platform technology, and can realize online monitoring of energy ef?ciency and cloud monitoring. The development of the tester greatly improves the testing ef?ciency and accuracy of the energy ef?ciency test of the electric hoist, and provides technical support for the energy ef?ciency test and energy ef?ciency remote supervision of the electric hoist.%针对目前电动葫芦能效测试测量数据分散、运行控制自动化程度低、测试采集装置布置繁琐、测试效率低的问题, 采用微控制器技术, 研发了一款集供给能采集、负载高度测量、有效能计算、能效值计算、能效分级、运行自动控制于一体的多功能、便携式的电动葫芦能效测试仪.该测试仪融入了物联网和云平台技术, 可以实现能效的在线监测和云监控.该测试仪的研发大大提高了电动葫芦能效测试的测试效率和测试精度, 为电动葫芦能效测试和能效远程监管提供了技术支持.
