Due to the large weight, high center of gravity and various forms of traveling mechanism of quayside container crane, pre-assembly before disassembly and group transfer is adopted, and then secondary assembly is carried out on the assembly site, therefore such repeating works not only waste labor or material resources, but also affects the production schedule. Considering the above situation, after studying the form of the traveling mechanism of the quayside container crane, a universal transportation tool for the traveling mechanism of the quayside container crane is developed and manufactured to complete the overall transportation of the traveling mechanism of the quayside container crane after one assembly.
