高级专业技术人员实施业绩评价的思考

         

摘要

For a long time ,there is the tendency to paying more attention to examining and commenting and looking down on acsessment to the high talented person . The author put forward that the achievement evaluation should be actualized to the high talented person ,and expounded that some links should be grasped during evaluation .The competition mechanism will be formed and the whole quality of teachers will be improved through it.%各医学院校存在着对高级专业技术人员重评审、轻考核的倾向。对此,本文提出了对高级专业技术人员实施业绩评价;并阐述了实施业绩评价应抓好的几个环节。这有利于形成竞争机制,有利于提高师资队伍的整体素质。
