Objective: To probe into the diathesis of nursing teaching in the army hospital. Methods: A adopting the investigative methods of the questionnaire form to the nursing students back to the university after the practicing, the teaching instance of the army nurses and the engage nurses are estimated. Results: The teaching diathesis had the marked property variant between the army nurses and the engaging nurses in 16 hospitals(P＜0.01),the teaching diathesis of the army nurses is better than the teaching diathesis of the engage nurses. Conclusions: The whole diathesis of the nursing teaching troop should be improved in our army.%目的：为探讨军队医院护理带教老师的素质。方法：通过对实习后回校的护理学员采用问卷式调查的方法，评价军人和聘用护士的带教情况。结果：16所医院的军人护士与聘用护士的护理带教素质有显著性差异(P＜0.01)，军人护士带教素质好于聘用护士。结论：我军护理带教队伍整体素质还需进一步提高。
