Objective To analyze the timeliness and satisfaction rate of the actual clinical nursing after the application of team-based learning ( TBL) in training for the treatment of paraquat poisoned patients. Methods Through the simulation training of TBL, 52 cases of paraquat poisoned patients in the control group and 54 cases in the observation group were observed. Data of the two groups were compared, including key time points such as " the time from admission to the start of gastric lavage" , " the time from admission to the start of hemofiltration" and " the time of blood test" , as well as patients' satisfaction rate. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the basic information of patients and nurses between the two groups(P>0. 05), but the indicators of timeliness and satisfaction rate were significantly improved, with statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion The appli-cation of TBL could help improve the timeliness and satisfaction rate of the nursing treatment for paraquat poisoned patients and thus is worth popularizing.%目的 以团队为基础的教学法在百草枯救治模拟培训后,临床实战救治相关护理时效及满意度的情况.方法 通过TBL的模拟培训,追踪试验组的52例百草枯患者"入院到开始洗胃的时间"、"入院到开始血液灌流的时间"、"血标本送检的时间"等护理时效点及满意度与对照组的54例对应数据相比较.结果 两组患者及护士的一般资料无统计学意义(P>0. 05),对比的护理时效指标及满意度明显提升,具有统计学意义(P<0. 05).结论 TBL在百草枯救治过程中能够提升护理时效及满意度,值得运用推广.
