Objective To establish a scientific, objective and practical pressure ulcer information manage-ment platform. Methods Based on the pressure ulcer management standard of the hospital, literature retrieval and Delphi expert correspondence method were used to establish a pressure ulcer information management platform. Re-sults The positive coefficients of the two rounds of experts' consultation were 90. 48% and 95. 24% respectively with the authoritative coefficient at 0. 807. The variation coefficient of the two rounds was 0. 035~0. 093, and the coordination coefficient was 0. 564~0. 653, P<0. 05. The pressure ulcer information management platform was es-tablished, consisting of six functions, which are basic information, pressure ulcer assessment, cause analysis, standardized prevention, post-situ tracking, and dynamic quality supervision. Conclusion The pressure ulcer information management platform based on Delphi method enables the hospital pressure ulcer management to be more scientific, practical and efficient.%目的 建立科学、客观、实用的压疮信息化管理平台.方法 结合医院压疮管理规范,采用文献检索、德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法,建立压疮信息化管理平台.结果 两轮专家函询咨询积极系数分别为90. 48%和95. 24% ,权威系数为0. 807,两轮专家咨询后变异系数范围为0. 035~0. 093,协调系数为0. 564~0. 653,P<0. 05,构建集基础信息、压疮风险评估、原因分析、标准化防治、后期情况追踪、动态质量监管六大功能的压疮信息化管理平台.结论 基于Delphi法构建的压疮信息化管理平台,使院内压疮管理更加科学、实用、高效.
