To cope with the increasing number of the elderly diabetic patients in the plateau regions and by reviewing their psychological characteristics presented in the clinical nursing process, this article analyzed the cau-ses from four aspects and puts forward the targeted psychological nursing countermeasures according to the actual situation, so as to eliminate psychological barriers and provide effective treatment for them.%针对高原地区老年糖尿病患者逐年增多的实际,结合临床护理过程中,患者所表现的心理特点,着重从四个方面进行原因分析;结合实际提出针对性的心理护理对策,使高原地区老年糖尿病患者消除心理障碍,得到有效的治疗.
