以激励理论为基础,将上海某三甲医院的激励现状作为调研背景,通过对该院的中层干部对激励现状的满意度与期望的调查,分析影响医院激励措施满意度和期望的相关因素,探索公立医院激励机制的完善和改进方式.%Based on motivation theory, this paper investigated the satisfaction rate and expectation of mid-dle-level cadres with the incentive status in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai, analyzed the related influencing fac-tors, and explored methods to improve and refine the incentive mechanism of public hospitals.
