After reviewing the military operations and focusing on future combat needs,the U.S. army found that the existing methods of medical readiness evaluation have many shortcomings and can not meet the actual needs. Therefore,the US military put forward the concept of essential medicalcapabilities (EMCs) and data-driven ap-proach,based on Joint Capacity Integration and Development Systems,Dreyfus skills acquisition model to explore the theoretical exploration and development of EMCs. Through the analysis of the EMCs of the US military,this paper hoped to give some enlightenment to the construction of our military medical force in terms of ideas and specific methods.%美军在反思历次军事行动和着眼未来作战需要后发现,现有的医学战备评价方式具有诸多不足,无法满足现实需求.因此,美军提出核心医学能力概念并以数据驱动的方式,基于联合能力集成与开发系统、Dreyfus 技能获取模型等理论探索性开发及评估核心医学能力.通过对美军核心医学能力进行解析,希望能在理念和方法方面对我军医学队伍的能力建设有所启示.
