To solve the problem of"service outmatches technique"during the training of mobile health service detachment,this paper puts forward the concept of digitized processing of combat casualty rescue and treat-ment. The present application status and shortcomings of clinical pathway (CP), standard operating procedures (SOP) and clinical practice guidelines (CPG) are analyzed. The main contents of the clinical events database based on the Patient Condition Code theory proposed by US Naval Health Research Center are introduced with ex-amples given,and the application prospect of the clinical events database is expounded.%针对机动卫勤分队训练中重勤务轻技术的难题,提出战伤救治流程数据化的概念.分析临床路径、临床操作指南等方法在战伤救治流程数据化中的应用现状及不足.结合实例,介绍美国海军医学研究中心基于伤情编码理论的临床事件数据库的主要内容,提出临床事件数据库的应用前景.
