军队医院非现役文职及聘用制护士所占比例逐年增多,对此类人员进行有针对性的战救技能培训,是顺利完成野战救治任务的前提条件.文章主要针对未来战场战斗减员特点,进行护理战救技能需求分析,在此基础上提出合理有效的野战护理救护培训对策,随时做好保障打赢军事斗争卫勤准备.%The proportion of non-active civilian and employment-based nurses in military hospitals has been increasing year by year. Targeted war rescue skills training for such personnel is a prerequisite to the success-ful completion of the battlefield rescue and medical treatment. According to the characteristics of force reduction in the future battlefield,this paper analyzes the needs of nursing and rescue skills, and on this basis, proposes rea-sonable and effective measures of field nursing and rescue skills training, so as to be fully prepared to ensure the victory of military battles.
