Objective To understand the mental health status of medical staff in marine hospital and the influencing factors during the mission of"Harmony Mission -2017",in order to provide a scientific basis for the maintenance of mental health of medical staff in marine hospital and the future recruitment of medical personnel for such tasks. Methods A total of 115 medical staff participating in"Harmony Mission -2017"were enrolled in this study. Cluster sampling was used to conduct three questionnaires during the execution of the task with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results The mental health statuses of medical staff in marine hospital before voyage, during voyage and on the return voyage were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05). The mental health sta-tuses before voyage and on the return voyage were better than the status at mid-voyage. Conclusion The mental health status of medical staff in marine hospital obviously drops during long-distance voyage,so timely adjustment and intervention is needed.%目的 了解执行"和谐使命-2017"任务海上医院医务人员不同时期的心理健康状况及影响因素,为维护海上医院医务人员心理健康和未来执行此类任务医务人员选拔提供科学依据.方法 以参加"和谐使命-2017"的115名医务人员为研究对象,采用整群抽样方法,在执行任务期间应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行3次问卷调查.结果 海上医院医务人员远航前、航行中期、返航途中心理健康状况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),远航前和返航途中的心理健康状况优于航行中期.结论 海上医院医务人员长远航中期心理健康状况明显下降,需及时调节和进行干预.
