公立医院医务人员耐心现况

         

摘要

Objective To investigate and study the patience of medical staff and propose countermeasures to improve the medical staff's patience and their ability of humanistic care .Methods Based on the P -CELELIE theory, the medical staff and patients in 8 public hospitals in Jiangsu Province were surveyed and the data were pro -cessed with descriptive analysis and χ2 test.Results There is a significant difference between medical staff 's and patients'recognition of medical staff's devotion to work(P <0.05).63.76% of the medical staff admitted that they had showed manners unwelcomed by patients ; 70.79% held that straightaway language should be paid the most at -tention to in communication; the self -rating by medical staff was higher than the rating by patients (P <0.05);46.55% of the medical staff thought that listening to patients was a waste of time ; what patients are most unsatisfac -tory about was being unable to understand what the medical staff were conveying ; only 7.64% of the medical staff were proficient in emotional psychological methods of handling negative emotions .Conclusion Medical staff need to improve their patience in the seven aspects of concentration ,expression,language,explanation,listening,infor-ming and emotion, so as to communicate with patients more patiently .The hospital needs to take appropriate meas -ures to promote and guarantee medical staff's patience.%目的 调查并研究医务人员耐心状况,为提升医务人员耐心水平以及人文关怀能力提供对策.方法 基于P-CELELIE理论,对江苏省8所公立医院的医务人员及患者进行对医务人员耐心的现况调查,并对相关数据进行描述性分析、χ2检验.结果 医患双方对医务人员专注情况认知有差异(P<0.05);63.76%医务人员承认自己有过流露出不受患者欢迎的神态;70.79%的医务人员认为通俗易懂的语言是交流中最需要注意的;医务人员的解释自评高于患者他评(P<0.05);46.55%的医务人员认为倾听患者是浪费时间;患者在告知中的最不满意的是内容不理解;7.64%的医务人员熟练掌握情绪心理学方法排遣负性情绪.结论 医务人员需要从专注、神态、语言、解释、倾听、告知、情绪七个方面入手提升自己的耐心能力,耐心与患者沟通,院方需为提升医务人员耐心做出相应的措施,为医务人员的耐心保驾护航.
