目的：调查神经外科重症监护室（NSICU）护理服务质量现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法，利用护理服务质量测评 Servperf 量表对新疆某三甲医院 NSICU 264例住院患者进行调查。依据 Servperf 模型的原理，评价护理服务质量，并用秩相关和多元逐步回归分析法分析其影响因素。结果神经 NSICU 护理服务质量有待提高。影响NSICU 护理服务质量的因素共有6个，最终进入回归方程的是：民族、月收入、职业、是否会向其他人推荐本医院、医疗付费方式。5个自变量可解释护理服务质量43％的方差变异。结论 NSICU 护理服务质量影响因素较多，护理人员应针对不同影响因素采取相应护理干预，以提高 NSICU 护理服务质量。%Objective To investigate the nursing service quality in neurosurgery intensive care unit (NSICU) and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenient sampling method and Servperf model were used to conduct a survery on 264 inpatients in NSICU of a third -level grade -A hospital in Xinjiang province.Ac-cording to the principle of Servperf model, the nursing service quality was evaluated, and the influence factors were analyzed by rank correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results The nursing service quality in NSICU needed to be improved.There were 6 factors that affected the nursing service quality and the final factors entering the regression equation were: nationality, monthly income, occupation, the willingness to recommend the hospital to othersand the way of payment.The 5 independent variables could explain the variance of the nursing service quality 43%.Conclusion There were some influence factors of NSICU nursing service quality.Nursing in-terventions should be given according to influencing factors in order to effectively improve nursing service quality of NSICU.
