介绍我实兵分队赴美参加中美两军人道主义救援减灾实兵演练活动，出国前准备工作和出国交流演练期间的组织工作；认为加强组织领导、全面细致准备、高标准完成演练任务是关键，为类似任务提供借鉴。%This paper introduced preparation for PLA’s participation in the joint maneuver for humanistic combat rescue and relief by China and USA , and organization and implementation of the maneuver .It maintains that the key to success is to strengthen organization and leadership , to make more detailed preparation, and to com-plete the task of high standard, which provides inspiring reference for similar tasks in the future .
