目的：医院全成本核算和绩效管理系统是一套以物资资产管理为基础，以财务成本核算管理为核心，以绩效管理为杠杆的先进管理系统。本院科级全成本核算管理系统以固定资产管理系统和物资管理系统数据为基础，实现数据的源头追溯，便于责权控制。方法通过取数公式的设置和接口工具的配置，采集在本系统和外部系统中产生的关键指标执行数据，进行实时监控，同时将监控的数据传递到绩效考核系统中，用于指导绩效考核。结果打通医院信息系统之间的联接，消除信息“孤岛”，使所有的关键信息都能反馈到经营管理平台中 。结论帮助医院提升运营速度和效益，全面提高医院管理水平。%Objective The hospital performance management system based on total cost accounting is a management method to make use of total cost accounting , which can analyze the fixed assets and material utilization of each department, to realized accurate management.Method Several formulas of configuration and interface tools were set to gather the key performance indicators and realized real -time monitoring.At the same time the monitoring data were used in the performance appraisal system .Results All key information can be showed to the operation management platform.Conclusion The application of this management system can improve the operation feedback speed and efficiency , and improve hospital management level .
