通过对上海市两轮公共卫生学科带头人绩效评估指标的对比和分析，发现公共卫生学科带头人培养项目实施过程中遇到的问题，就提高培养效率提出解决方法，为上海市公共卫生服务能力的提高提供理论基础和指导。%By comparing two rounds performance evaluation system for public health discipline leader in Shanghai, we analyzed the problems in executing the public health discipline foster program , and proposed the measures to solve these problems, which will provide reference for policy makers .
