目的：基于医疗信息化建设背景下，着力提高医院管理信息化、科学化水平，构建医院民主评议系统。方法采用软件工程学方法对评议过程进行需求分析与整体设计，基于Asp．net Ajax技术开发系统应用，以SQL SERVER作为底层数据存储，确保评议管理的高效率与科学性。结果开发民主评议系统并在线应用，实现医院评议管理信息化。结论系统开发应用提高评议效率，用户具有良好的使用体验，对各类医院评议系统构建有推广价值。%Objective To build up a democratic appraisal system in hospital to improve the efficiency of hospital management .Methods The method of software engineering and the technology based on Asp .net Ajax were applied .The data was stored in the SQL SERVER .Results The democratic appraisal system was developed and applied to realize informationization of hospital management .Conclusion The development and application of the system can improve the appraise efficiency and user experiences greatly .It is of universal popularization value .
