目的：探讨小医院如何利用特色、发挥优势，开展军事卫生特色科研。方法分析以往科研成效不大的原因，找到开展特色科研的有利因素。采取培养高素质科研人才队伍、调整整合学科、改善科研条件、建立跨领域跨单位技术合作等措施，为开展特色科研提供综合保障。结果开展部队常见多发病、训练伤防治和提高海上卫勤保障力的科研，对寓军于民、军民融合的科研开展做了有益探索。结论只要立足特色、发挥优势、选准方向，开展好科研，小医院也可大有作为。%Objective To discuss how to take advantage of the characteristic , develop the superiority and carry out scientific research of military hygiene in small hospital .Methods We analyzed the reasons that no obvi-ous effects have been achieved in scientific research .Then the corresponding measures were taken as strengthening the cultivation of high-quality scientific research personnel , adjusting and integrating discipline , advancing scien-tific research conditions and promoting technical cooperation in different areas and units .Results We developed the scientific research in the field of the common diseases and train injuries prevention and treatment in troops , ma-rine medical support .Also integrating military and civilian scientific research model was explored .Conclusions The small hospital is able to develop its ability if we could be based on our characteristic , bring the advantage to play, choose the right direction and carry out scientific research .
