目的：研究军队特勤疗养健康管理模式的组织与实施。方法特勤疗养人员经过严格的医学选拔，由于作业环境、膳食营养、生活事件及年龄等多种因素的影响，在其职业生涯中，身体健康状况会发生的变化，对此进行调查。结果：充分利用现有特勤疗养机构的有利资源，建立相关组织，做好特勤疗养员的健康管理工作。结论特勤疗养健康管理模式需要完善和管理。%Objective To study the organization and implementation of military special health management mode.Methods We analyzed the influence of operating environment , nutrition, life events, age and other factors on health status of convalescents .Results Taking full advantage of existing special service outfit , moreover estab-lishing scientific health archives and professional evaluation modes , is conductive to the work of military special health management .Conclusion Health management mode of special service recuperation needs further improved and developed .
