通过分析学分制的产生、发展，以及军队高等医学院校实行学分制的现状以及实行的特点，探讨医学本科实行学分制教学管理的合理性。提出在军队高等医学院校实行学分制应从以下四个方面考虑：一是增加选修课的比例；二是进一步完善导师制度；三是实行学年学分制；四是强化教务信息管理系统。%By analyzing the generation and development of credit system and military situation of practicing the credit system in higher medical colleges and universities, and the characteristics of the practice, discusses the rationality of the implementation of credit system medical undergraduate teaching management, put forward the im-plementation of credit system in the military medical colleges should start with four aspects to consider:to increase the proportion of elective courses;to further improve the system of tutor;the school year credit system;to strength-en educational administration management information system.
