为促进边疆中心医院卫勤保障能力不断提升，本文提出“四零”保障模式：科学卫勤预测，力求现场保障零差错；畅通信息渠道，力求迟诊误治零发生；充实拳头力量，力求应急应战零延迟；完善保障机制，力求实施过程零障碍。%To improve medical support capability and efficiency of the hospital located in the borderland , a“Four Zero” medical support mode is proposed , which were of scientific medical support prediction ability to ensure the zero error of live support , the clear information channel to ensure the zero occurrence of late diagnosis and wrong therapy , the strengthened elite power to ensure the zero delay of the emergency treat and fight , and consum-mated support mechanism to ensure the zero obstacle of implementation .
