当前医患关系紧张，医、患矛盾突出，医疗纠纷时有发生。本文从伦理学角度，就本院妥善解决医疗纠纷，缓和医患关系，增进医、患互信方面做法探讨。%It is a serious problem for current time that the tension between doctors and patients is likely to remain.In this article, some measures were provided from the ethical perspective in my hospital to solve medical disputes properly , which would be helpful to ease the relationship between doctors and patients and enhance mutual trust between doctors and patients .
