某二级医院医患纠纷成因分析

         

摘要

目的:通过对上海远郊的三家二级医院的医务人员问卷调查及对患者的访谈了解医务人员及患者对产生医患纠纷原因的理解,综合两方面的调查资料进行定性与定量的分析,以有效预防和减少医患纠纷的发生。方法对青浦区内三家二级医院医院,2012—2013年中的896名医务人员及抽样获得的300名住院患者,以及专题访谈所获得的150名曾与医院有过医患纠纷的患者进行问卷调查。结果①发放问卷1346份,回收问卷1318份,回收率97.92%;有效问卷1285份,有效率95.47%。②纠纷患者、住院患者、医务人员各方对于对医患纠纷发生原因的认识存在明显差别。结论住院患者、医务人员各方对于对医患纠纷发生原因的认知存在明显差异,必须提出对策及干预措施。%Object The questionnaire was used to investigated the hospital staff and patients about the rea-sons of medical disputes in three secondary hospitals which located at Shanghai countryside , with which to find the measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes .Method 896 hospital staff in the three sample hospitals , and 300 sampled inpatients and 150 patients having medical disputes with the hospital were investigated . Result The cases granted 1346 altogether, 1318 replied, and the recovery rate was 97.92%.In these, 1285 questionnaires were effective , and the recovery rate is 95 .47%.There were significant differences in the reorgani-zation of medical dispute in the disputes patients , patients , and medical staff .Conclusion Many medical disputes are due to the cause of cognitive differences between the dispute patients , hospitalized patients and medical staff , so we should take some measures and intervention .
