以军队中心医院为依托,将军队基层医院与卫生队(所)作为中心医院一个分院模式建设信息平台,最大限度地共享资源,以此带动基层医疗机构信息化建设快速发展,实现与中心医院信息化同步发展,并有效解决基层医疗机构信息化建设技术人才缺乏,经费投入不足等问题,对促进军队区域医疗协同的建设起到重要作用,成为解决部队基层官兵“看病难”的有效手段之一.%To maximize the resource sharing Based on center hospital in frontier, we constructed a information platform, in which the center hospital was set as basic, and the primary troops hospital and medical team as a branch of hospital, so as we can develop information construction of basic - lever medical unit rapidly and synchronize with center hospital information. Thus we can solve the problem as shortage of information talents in basic - lever medical institutions, inadequate funding and so on. This measure can play an important role in promoting the military regional medical synergy, which also is an effective means to solve " difficulties to see the doctor" of the soldiers in primary forces.
