军地医改的深化对军队医院的管理提出新的要求,在相应的任职教育培训中,应结合这些要求变化进行相应的调整.本文通过访谈方式,发现中级管理者的医院管理专业学习需求侧重于医院外部决策能力、医院内部管理能力和军队特殊管理体制三方面；通过问卷调查,获得医院管理学课程设置的理论课比重、专题的选择和实践课内容的需求情况.%The reform of national and military health system have caused the changes of the tasks of the military hospitals.,so the training of the military hospital managers should be changed accordingly.To find the demands of the training of the subjects as hospital management,we made some investigations.And the results showed that the specialty training demands focused on the ability of decision-making,the internal management,and the analysis of military policy.With the questionnaire investigation,the proportion of the theory teaching,the contents of the subject and the design of practice class were gained.
