Objective To explore the application of medical follow -up health management in the field of group check, provide the basis for the improvement of medical services .Methods To statistical analysis the re-sults of group examination, establishing health intervention plan , provide lectures and health consult , provide com-prehensive health education and establishing medical green channel .Results Quality health management after ex-amination of group customers and medical institutions have a positive role in promoting .Conclusion Pay attention to health management after examination , wake up the health consciousness of group customer , to solve the group customer health problems, build a communication bridge between the physical examination center and the group customer, it will take a positive effect.%目的：探讨体检后续健康管理在团检中的应用，为完善体检服务提供依据。方法对团检结果统计分析，制定健康干预方案，进行专题讲座及健康咨询，提供综合性的健康教育和建立就医绿色通道。结果优质的检后健康管理对团队客户及医疗机构都有积极的促进作用。结论注重做好检后健康管理，唤醒团检客户健康意识，促进客户健康改善行动，解决团检客户健康问题，做好体检中心与团检客户的沟通桥梁，必将产生积极的促进作用。
