In order to improve the outpatient appointment register rate, the appointment time register system was established. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the summary of appointment, the author proposed to develop appointment time register systems software, enhance the propagandizing and increase the reservation number of register source and so on, to improve the appointment effect, shorten the patient waiting time, and make use of medical resources rationally.%为了提高门诊预约挂号的预约率,建立分时段预约挂号系统.通过对预约现状的分析总结,采取分时段预约系统软件开发、加大宣传和增加预约号源等对策,提高了预约人次,缩短患者等候时间,合理利用医疗资源.
