某军队医院聘用制人员流失影响因素分析与风险防控

         

摘要

目的 了解军队医院聘用人员流失情况,探寻其主要影响因素.方法 采用回顾分析方法对某军队医院的人员流失情况及原因进行调查分析.结果 某军队医院聘用制人员流失结构主要集中在年龄在20~30岁,来院时间少于3年,学历为本科及大专的初级职称聘用制人员.影响某军队医院聘用制人员流失的主要原因依次是:薪金报酬低;个人发展空间小;工作任务繁重,工作压力较大;福利待遇差;科室氛围压抑;个人和家庭因素.结论 针对流失特点,应加快建立军队医院聘用人员流失预警机制,建立防控对策,有效防止人才流失.%Objective To understand situation of the brain drain of employee in a military hospital, and explore the influencing factors. Methods A survey were carried out to analyze the employee loss situation and reasons via retrospective analysis methods. Results Employee Loss of the military hospital were mainly of junior proessional titles. They were mainly in hospital less than three years, and the education degree were undergraduate, and mainly 20 -30 years old. The main reasons for the brain drain of employee were in order: low pay; little personal development space ; arduous work task, high working pressure ; bad welfare; depressive of section atmosphere; personal and family factors. Conclusion An early warning mechanism should be established in the military hospital of the brain drain of employee, prevention measures should be taken.
