目的 论证军队医院科室开展医疗合作的增收效果.方法 采集某军队医院骨科2006年12月-2010年11月医疗收入数据,将其间两个阶段(医疗合作前后)的总收入及其构成,进行统计、比较、分析,以收入的相关数据变化来显示医疗合作的优势.结果 开展医疗合作后,该院骨科医疗收入较之前有显著提升,收入构成比明显优化.结论 面临国家医改新政试行,军队医院(尤其中小型医院)通过医疗合作方式,合理合法借助社会优质资源,能够弥补在规模、资金、设备、机制等方面存在的不足或缺陷,带动学科建设,有效催化和促进增收,提高医院整体发展力和区域竞争力.%Objective To prove the effect of increasing income after medical cooperation in the military hospital department. Methods Medical income data were acquired in the orthopedic department in a military hospital from December 2006 to November 2010. Results After carrying out medical cooperation, the orthopedic department revenues were increased significantly than before, the income ratio was optimized. Conclusion Military Hospital can use social resources reasonably and lawfully (especially in small -middle hospitals) through medical cooperation, make up for in size, funding, equipment, mechanisms and other aspects of the deficiencies or defects,develop disciplines, promote income, improve the overall development of the hospital.
