目的观察分析精神科开放病房护士对精神分裂症患者实施人文关怀护理管理的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年6月至2014年8月期间收治的80例精神分裂症患者为研究对象，将80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，观察组实施人文关怀模式，对照组实施传统护理模式，干预前后分别使用简明精神病量表(brief psychiatric rating scale，BPRS)、阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)以及护士用住院症状量表(NOSIE)对患者精神症状进行评估，并对两组的治疗情况（包括患者受伤情况及家属满意度）进行比较。结果干预后两组BPRS评分与PANSS评分均较干预前明显下降，但组间比较观察组低于对照组；NOSIE评分干预后两组得分均增高，但组间比较观察组评分高于对照组，表明观察组患者精神症状改善情况优于对照组。观察组受伤率为2.5%，显著低于对照组（27.5%）(P<0.05)，家属满意度为100.0%，显著高于对照组（77.5%）(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者实施人文关怀护理管理模式，能有效改善患者精神症状，促进患者康复，值得在临床推广。%Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of humanistic care on schizophrenics from nurses in open psychiatric ward. Method 80 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital admitted from June 2012 to August 2014 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases respectively. Humanistic care was implemented in observation group while traditional care was implemented in control group. Brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) and positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) as well as nurses' observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) were used to assess psychiatric symptoms of these patients before and after the intervention and treatment results of two groups (including patients' injuries and family satisfaction) were compared. Results After intervention, BPRS score and PANSS scores of the two groups decreased significantly, but the score of observation group was lower than that of control group. NOSIE scores increased after intervention, but the score of observation group was higher than that of control group, which showed that there was more symptom improvement for patients in observation group than the control group. Injury rate of observation group was 2.5%, significantly lower than the control group (27.5%) (P<0.05). Family satisfaction was 100.0%, significantly higher than control group (77.5%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care management on schizophrenics can effectively improve patient's psychiatric symptoms and promote their rehabilitation, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
