分层管理在ICU的应用探讨

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the application of hierarchical management in ICU.Methods According to the actual situation of ICU in our hospital, we established hierarchical management model of nursing human resource. Nurses were divided into three levels, namely head nurses, group leaders and primary nurses, according to nursing personnel's professional title, education background and work capacity. Work tasks and responsibility of nurses of different levels were regulated.Results After the implementation of hierarchical management in ICU, the ward nursing management quality, the disinfection and isolation management quality, the nursing documents quality, the teaching quality, patients' and families' satisfaction and nurses' satisfaction were improved with statistically significant (P<0.05) compared with before.Conclusion The application of hierarchical management in ICU can develop human resource effectively, promote nursing personnel's working enthusiasm, improve head nurses' and group leaders' management level and coordination ability and enhance management efficiency and nursing quality of ICU as a whole.%目的探讨分层管理方法在综合ICU中的应用效果。方法依据医院ICU病房的实际情况,建立护士人力资源分层管理模式,根据护理人员的职称、学历及工作能力不同进行分层,分别为护士长、组长、责任护士三层,对不同等级护理人员的工作任务及职责标准进行规范。结果 ICU实施分层管理后,病房护理管理质量、消毒隔离管理质量、护理文件质量、教学质量、患者及家属满意度、护士工作满意度均较实施分层管理前显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在综合ICU中实施分层管理,有效地对人力资源进行开发,提升护理人员对工作的积极性,提升护士长与组长的管理水平及协调能力,整体提升了ICU病房管理的效率及护理质量。
