功能菌剂强化-无回流多级A/O处理村镇生活污水工艺研究

         

摘要

从活性污泥中筛选出1株具有高效反硝化能力的聚磷菌B8,将其投加于无回流多级A/O生物反应器中,进行生物强化去除总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)试验,考察B8对多级A/O工艺的脱氮除磷效果,推测B8生物强化脱氮除磷机理与TN降解动力学模型.结果表明,连续投加14 d B8菌液于无回流多级A/O反应器后,投菌阶段TP平均去除率为73.03℅,而未投菌阶段TP平均去除率为57.31℅,同时投菌阶段TN平均去除率为70.72℅,未投菌阶段TN平均去除率为61.17℅,从而证实投加B8菌液能有效强化无回流多级A/O工艺脱氮除磷能力.无回流多级A/O工艺对TN的降解符合Modified Stover-Kincannon动力学模式.%In this study, a high-effective denitrification bacteria was isolated from the sewage sludge and named as B8, which was used to added in the reactor of multiple stage A/O process without reflux for improving the remove of total nitro-gen and phosphors. The effect and improvement mechanism of the remove of total nitrogen and phosphors by multiple stages A/O process without reflux was examined, and degradation kinetic model of total nitrogen was investigated. The results showed that, when B8 was continuously added into the reactor of multiple stage A/O process without reflux for 14 days, the average remove rates of total nitrogen and phosphors were 70.72℅ and 73.03℅, respectively, which were higher than 61.17℅and 57.31℅ corresponding to that without the addition of B8. This result indicated that the addition of B8 could enhance re-move rate of total nitrogen and phosphors with multiple stage A/O process without reflux. The remove kinetic model of total nitrogen fitted with the model of Modified Stover-Kincannon.
