浅析大型体育场馆多元化经营实现途径

         

摘要

采用文献资料法和专家访谈法等研究方法就大型体育场馆多元化经营的实现途径进行了分析,认为内部发展、战略联盟和委托经营是大型体育场馆实现多元化经营的主要途径。内部发展可分为内部拓展,衍生新服务、内部成立新机构和成立新企业等三种形式,战略联盟包括合作协议、合作(资)经营和特许经营等形式,委托经营则包括部分委托经营和委托管理两种形式。不同类型的场馆应根据自身的条件,选择适合的多元化经营实现途径,以促进场馆的多元化经营。%By using the methods of the documents and the interview, the paper analyses the way to realize the multi-operation of the major sports facilities. It considers that the internal development, the strategic alliance and the entrusted operation be the main way to realize the multi-operation. The internal development can divide into three types, such as the internal expansion, the added internal organs, the new agency. The strategic alliance is consisting of the cooperation agreement, the co-operation and the franchise. The commission management contains the part of the entrusted operation and the entrusted management. It suggested that the different facilities should choose the right way to realize the multi-operation.
