选取参加西安体育学院2012年体育教育专业招考的高考学生共87人为实验组,参加2012年高考的文理科学生共65人为对照组,采用200-型双能X线骨密度仪(DEXA),测量受试者腰椎前后位L1-4及双侧股骨近端(包括股骨颈、Ward三角区)的骨矿含量。结果显示:素质训练8个月后,对青春后期体育考生的腰椎及股骨的BMD、BMC有所增加,对股骨颈和Ward三角区的BMD及BMC的影响男子实验组优于女子实验组。%This article selects 87 people in Xi'an sports college sports education specialized recruitment of students in the college entrance examination in 2012, as the experimental group. College entrance examination liberal arts students were randomly selected to participate in the 2012, 65 people, for the control group. Using 200-type dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) (DEXA), measuring lumbar and L1-4 before and after bilateral proximal femur (including the femoral neck, Ward triangle) of bone mineral content. Eight months later, results show that the quality of training for youth sports examinee′s late lumbar spine and femoral BMD and BMC increases, and the influence of BMD of femoral neck and Ward triangle, and BMC exerted on man group is superior to the women′s group.
