From perspectives of human capital and social capital,and by means of regression analysis on the impact of Chinese basketball coaches occupational status attainment,this dissertation argues that：coaching performance and coach recommendations are the main factors.The better his coaching achievements,the less help he seeks for the profession;otherwise,the poorer his performance is,the more help he needs for it.%从人力资本、社会资本视角,运用回归分析对影响中国篮球教练员职业地位获得的因素进行探讨,认为：执教成绩和教练员推荐是影响教练员职位获得的主要因素。教练员的执教成绩越好,他寻求帮助获取教练员职位的可能性越少;当执教成绩较差时,需要寻求更多地帮助获得教练员职业地位。
