From perspectives of human capital and social capital,and by means of regression analysis on the impact of Chinese basketball coaches occupational status attainment,this dissertation argues that:coaching performance and coach recommendations are the main factors.The better his coaching achievements,the less help he seeks for the profession;otherwise,the poorer his performance is,the more help he needs for it.%从人力资本、社会资本视角,运用回归分析对影响中国篮球教练员职业地位获得的因素进行探讨,认为:执教成绩和教练员推荐是影响教练员职位获得的主要因素。教练员的执教成绩越好,他寻求帮助获取教练员职位的可能性越少;当执教成绩较差时,需要寻求更多地帮助获得教练员职业地位。
