介绍了一种由计算机控制的三自由度并联电液比例动感座椅仿真平台.对该液压系统建立了基于AMESim的位置伺服系统的模型,就主要参数的变化对系统动态特性的影响进行了仿真分析.结果显示:负载的不断增大将对系统动态性能产生不利影响;比例阀通径过小不利于系统的速度响应,但是过大将产生速度波动;死区对系统动态特性有一定不利影响.通过控制软件编程的灵活性能够将其控制在不影响设备仿真性能以内.%In this paper,a new 3-DOF parallel Electro-hydraulic proportional dynamic simulation platform controlled by computer is introduced in detail.The influence of the key parameters' changing on the dynamic characteristics of the system has been analyzed by studying on the AMESim position servo model.The results provide that big load will produce adverse effect to dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system.h will go against to the dynamic characteristics of the system if the proportional valve drift diameter is too small,contrary will produce velocity fluctuation.Dead zone will produce tiny adverse effect to dynamic characteristics of the system.However,they will have no influence on the simulation performance of the simulation platform if we write program agilely.
