通过对炉壁集束氧枪使用的天然气中按照比例混入氮气的改造,表明按照2:1比例混入氮气对电炉钢中氮含量没有影响,降低吨钢天燃气消耗1.33 Nm3/t,降低生产成本3元/t,不影响吨钢电耗及冶炼周期.%Nitrogen is mixed with gas by proportior in coherent jet oxygen lance,the result show that mixed nitrogen into gas by 2:1 make no difference for nitrogen of steel and reduce gas consumption per ton 1.33 Nm3 and production cost is reduced to per ton 3 yuan and has no impact on consumption and smelting cycle.
