基于STM32单片机的卡车制动器温度无线监测系统设计

         

摘要

针对半挂车制动器温度过高带来的制动热衰退性,摩擦材料失效和爆胎等风险,研制了基于STM32单片机的驾驶员辅助多路制动器温度无线监测系统.系统以STM32单片机为主控芯片,执行数据收发规则和进制转换规则.通过对不同测温原理的分析比较,选择了热电偶温度传感器.传感器输出的mV级电压信号经过MAX6675热电偶温度测量转换芯片的放大、去噪、温度补偿、A/D转换后变成数字信号,经由E61-TTL-50无线模块传入驾驶室的接收端主控芯片和显示屏,按设定规则完成高温状态分级预警.通过试验验证了系统软硬件设计的可靠性,试验结果显示系统的测温偏差为0.7%,准确度高.%Aiming at decreasing the risk of brake thermal fading, friction material failure and punc-ture caused by the high temperature of semi-trailer brakes, a driver-assisted wireless monitoring system for multi-brake temperature based on STM32 micro-controller was developed. As the main chip of sys-tem, MCU STM32 carry out data transceiver and conversion rules. Through the analysis and comparison of different temperature principle, the thermocouple temperature sensor was selected. Millivolt level voltage signal outputted by sensors was converted into a digital signal through the amplification, denoising, tem-perature compensation and AD conversion of the MAX6675 thermocouple temperature measurement con-version chip. Digital signal was sent to the the receiver master chip and the display through E61-TTL-50 wireless module, then the system will follow the set rules to complete the high temperature state classi-fication warning. Furthermore,an experiment was conducted and the results showed that the system tem-perature deviation was 0. 7% and the accuracy of system was high.
