应对新发传染病,One Health策略势在必行

摘要

Emerging infectious diseases have attracted increasing attentions, over 70% of which originate from animals and vectors, the frequency of outbreaks is rapidly rising and diseases have caused inestimable economic losses. Therefore, the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases in world are facing serious challenge. In response to the current problems and challenges in prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases, One Health strategy which focuses on coordinating developments of human health, animal health and environmental health by strengthening multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral cooperation is proposed, with the emphasis on the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases, food safety and microbial drug resistance. This article aimed to discuss the major difficulties and challenges currently facing in the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases, and verify that One Health strategy is imperative to prevent and control the emerging infectious disease in China through illustrating the successful experience of One Health strategy in the field of global public health.%新发传染病越来越受到关注,其中70%以上的新发传染病源自动物或媒介生物,暴发频率呈快速升高趋势,并造成难以估计的经济损失,这一现状使全球传染病防控面临严峻挑战.针对目前新发传染病防控难题和面临的挑战,One Health(惟一健康)理念应运而生.One Health策略主要关注新发传染病防控、食品安全、微生物耐药等领域,通过加强跨学科、跨部门、跨地区的交叉合作来促进人类健康、动物健康和环境健康的协调发展.本文从国内外新发传染病防控现状出发,探讨当前面临的主要困难和挑战,通过举例One Health策略在世界公共卫生领域的成功经验,进而表明在我国应用One Health策略防控新发传染病势在必行.
