The paper points out that SoLoMo refers to social local mobile application, which represents the latest trend of Internet development; WeChat is a smart phone platform-based instant communication tool, is the best embodiment of concept of SoLoMo. Through analysis of the feasibility of library’s WeChat service, as well as the pertinence of library’s WeChat service object, it puts for-ward a WeChat service function design for undergraduates, to improve efficiency of library’s information service, and to meet under-graduate users’ personalized information needs.%指出SoLoMo是社交化的本地移动应用，代表了互联网发展的最新趋势；微信是基于智能手机平台的即时通讯工具，是SoLoMo理念的最佳体现。通过分析图书馆开展微信服务的可行性，以及图书馆微信服务对象的针对性，提出面向本科生的微信服务功能设计方案，以便提高图书馆信息服务的效率，满足本科生用户的个性化信息需求。
