The smooth implementation of library knowledge management and the overall increase of cultural innovation capability depend on the construction of library cultural innovation mechanism.This paper expatiates on the connotation of library cultural innovation mechanism,constructs the model of library cultural innovation mechanism based on knowledge management,analyzes the relationships between sub-mechanisms,and realizes the overall optimization of library cultural innovation mechanism on the basis of optimizing the relevant sub-mechanisms.%图书馆知识管理的顺利实施以及文化创新能力的整体提升有赖于其文化创新机制的构建。文章阐述图书馆文化创新机制的含义,构建基于知识管理的图书馆文化创新机制模型,分析各子机制的相互关系,并在优化各相关子机制的基础上,实现图书馆文化创新机制的整体优化。
