数字图书馆知识服务能力理论与实证研究

         

摘要

文章从组织能力角度界定了数字图书馆知识服务能力的内涵,详细分析了数字图书馆知识服务能力构成要素及其相互关系。通过对数字图书馆知识服务能力影响因素的分析,构建数字图书馆知识服务能力评价指标体系。利用实证研究方法检验评价指标体系模型的信度与效度,为数字图书馆知识服务能力建设与管理提供指导与参考。%This paper defines the concept of knowledge service capability in digital library in terms of organizational compe- tence. The paper makes a detailed analysis of the component dements of knowledge service capability in digital library and their in- terrelationships. By analyzing the influence factors of knowledge service capability in digital library, the paper constructs the knowl- edge service capability evaluation index system of the digital library. By the use of the empirical study method, the paper verifies the reliability and effectiveness of the model of the evaluation index system. The paper attempts to provide guidance and references for the construction and management of knowledge service capability in digital library.
