目的：：探讨芪参还五胶囊配合针灸对大面积脑梗死术后早期干预的临床疗效。方法：选取符合纳入标准的大面积脑梗死术后患者68例作为研究对象,按照数字列表法随机分为两组,分别为观察组与对照组,各34例,对照组患者应用常规药物治疗,观察组患者在应用常规药物治疗的基础上加芪参还五胶囊配合针灸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效以及ADL评分、神经功能缺损和生活质量指数评分的变化。结果：1)观察组患者临床总有效率为94.12﹪,显著高于对照组的76.47﹪,差异有统计学意义(χ2＝7.281,P﹤0.05)；2)治疗前两组患者ADL评分、神经功能缺损、生活质量指数评分无明显区别,差异均无统计学意义( P均﹥0.05)；治疗后两组患者ADL评分、神经功能缺损和生活质量指数评分均显著高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义( P均﹤0.05)；治疗后观察组ADL评分、神经功能缺损、生活质量指数评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P均﹤0.05)。结论：采用芪参还五胶囊配合针灸对大面积脑梗死术后患者进行治疗,可明显改善临床疗效,显著提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of early intervention of Qishen Huanwu capsules com -bined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction of large areas .Methods:68 ca-ses with cerebral infarction of large areas were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 34 cases in each group .The control group was treated by conventional drugs , while the observation group was treated by Qishen Huanwu capsules combined with acupuncture and moxibustion .The clinical efficacy , ADL scores, neurological deficit index and quality of life in two groups were compared .Results:1) The total clinical efficiency of the observation group was 94.12﹪,which was significantly higher than 76.47﹪ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7.281,P﹤0.05);2)ADL score, neurologi-cal function impairment and index score of life quality before treatment in two groups had no statistically signif -icant difference (P﹥0.05).After the treatment, ADL score, neurological function impairment and index scores of life quality in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment , and the differences were statistically significant (P﹤0.05).After the treatment, the scores in the observation group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P﹤0.05). Conclusion:Qishen Huanwu capsules combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of life for the patients with cerebral infarction of large areas , which is worthy of clinical promotion .
