目的:观察龟贞地黄饮对NMA诱导的性早熟大鼠子宫指数、卵巢指数、卵巢黄体出现率的影响.方法:取SD雌性大鼠60只,随机分为模型对照组、西药对照组、中药高、中、低剂量组与空白组6组,分别用生理盐水、亮丙瑞林、中药高、中、低剂量及生理盐水进行干预,观察龟贞地黄饮对性早熟大鼠子宫指数、卵巢指数、卵巢黄体出现率的影响.结果:经阴道涂片检查,模型组大鼠可观察到规则的性周期出现,持续时间也大致相同.中药高、中剂量组与模型组比较,大鼠子宫指数、卵巢指数和卵巢黄体出现率有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:龟贞地黄饮能够在一定程度上减少子宫指数、卵巢指数,可抑制卵巢黄体的出现.%Objective:To observe uterine index, ovarian index, ovarian corpus luteum occurance rate of precocious puberty rats induced by NMA. Methods;60 SD female rats were randomly divided into six groups; the model group, the western medicine group, the high group, the moderate group, the low group and the blank group. Rats were given physiological saline, Leuprorelin,Chinese medicine high dose, moderate dose,low dose and physiological saline,respectively. We investigated the effect of Guizhen Dihuang Yin on uterine index, o-varian index, ovarian corpus luteum occurance rate. Results:The model group rats occurance rules of the sexual cycle, and the length of the sexual cycle had the same as adolescence. The effects of high group and moderate group on uterine index, ovarian index, ovarian corpus luteum occurance rate are better than those of the model group ( P < 0.05 ) . Conclusion; Guizhen Dihuang Yin can decrease uterine index, ovarian index, ovarian corpus luteum occurance rate.
