R&D资源是一个非常广泛的概念，2012年，各地区在“科学技术是第一生产力”思想的指导下，普遍加大了对R&D资源的投入，但由于经济实力和发展速度存在一定的差异，河南省R&D资源的区域布局也存在差异化。而科技金融产业汇集发展到一定程度和水平时，又会形成科技金融中心。在科学技术成为第一生产力的时代，探讨地区间R&D资源状况，明确地区间R&D活动差距的状况和变动趋势，对了解河南省金融中心的形成因素具有重要意义。%R&D resource is a very broad concept, in 2012, under the guidance of the idea-“science and tech⁃nology is the first productivity”,all the regions generally increased investment to R&D resources, but because of the existence of some differences in economic strength and speed of development, the regional distribution of R&D re⁃sources in Henan province also exists differentiation.
