随着高等教育的快速发展，就业工作日益成为高等院校发展中的一项重要工作。文章分析我省就业存在的问题，指出了推动毕业生实现更高质量就业中的重要性和作用，提出了学校帮助学生规划自己的职业生涯、培养学生的创新创业能力、加大就业指导的力度的方法和促进大学生就业的措施。%With the rapid development of higher education, employment has increasingly become an impor⁃tant task in the development of colleges and universities. The article analyses the problems existing in the em⁃ployment in our province,points out the importance and effect of promoting graduates to achieve higher-quality employment,puts forward the methods that universities and colleges help students plan their own career,culti⁃vate the students' innovation ability,strengthen employment guidance and the measures promoting universities and colleges students' employment.
