The paper analyzed the metrological supervision management and measuring instruments control of the EPC general contractor of construction and installation in the AP1000 nuclear construction process, to prompt the contractor to use scientiifc and reasonable metering management method and working mode, establish perfect metering management system, and to help the contractor to achieve perfect measurement detection and strengthen the metrological supervision and administration, to ensure the contractor apply the national legal measurement units and uniifcation of the measurement system of units, to ensure reliable metering quantity traceability and accuracy of the measurement test data, to provide metrological guarantee in installation and debugging.%本文通过分析EPC总包方对AP1000 核岛建安承包商施工过程中的计量监督管理与计量器具控制,促使建安承包商采用科学合理的计量管理方法和工作模式,建立完善的计量管理体系,以达到协助建安承包商完善计量检测手段,加强计量监督管理的目的,并确保建安承包商采用国家法定计量单位,保证计量单位制的统一;确保计量的量值溯源可靠,确保计量检测数据的准确,为项目安装、调试顺利实施提供计量保证.
