基于CH376的格式化存储高铁电缆温度检测系统

         

摘要

There have been many security issues in high-speed railway cables because of high temperature with the rapid de-velopment of high-speed railway construction in our country .In order to address these problems , based on the unique terrain and line of chengdu , this paper designed an off-line storage high-speed railway cable temperature detection system based on the actual engineering requirements , project implementing and so on .The proposed system was mainly composed of single chip microcom-puter core module IAP15W4K61S4, real-time clock module DS1302, temperature sensor module DS18B20 and file management module CH376, which detected temperature and stores data in the storage device U disk in real time .Compared with existing ap-proaches, the key innovation in the proposed approach was to construct the formatted data storage , such as formatted file creation and formatted data writing .Thus it dramatically improves the practical usability of the system and efficiency of inspectors .The proposed detection system opens up a novel research direction in utilization of big data analysis for cable temperature detection .%随着我国高铁建设的快速发展,出现了许多因为高铁电缆温度过高等因素导致的安全问题.为了解决相关问题,文中根据成都地区独特的地形和排线走势,考虑到实际需求、工程实施等多方面条件,设计了离线式存储高铁电缆温度检测系统.通过单片机核心模块IAP15W4K61S4、实时时钟模块DS1302、温度传感器模块DS18B20和文件管理模块CH376搭建温度检测系统,将采集的温度值实时存入存储设备U盘中.相对于目前电缆温度检测系统的研究,该文着重强调系统在数据处理上的创新之处,提出了一整套格式化的数据存储方式,包括文件的格式化创建、数据的格式化转换和数据的格式化写入等,从而大幅度提升了系统的实际可用性和检测人员的工作效率,并在文末结合当前大数据分析为电缆温度检测的相关研究提供了一个新的方向.
